The staff were great. They couldn't do more for you. i found the room very spacious with tea, coffee, and biscuits provided. the bed was really comfy, and i slept soundly each night. the breakfast buffet offered awesome varieties!

the room was clean and well-presented i found plenty of shops and places to eat within walking distance the attached car park was also part of the premises breakfast offered a good buffet selection

the receptionist seemed to be gossiping on the phone i felt it was unwelcoming it was like an INCONVENIENCE nearby clubs and bars created noise late into the night this impacted my sleep quality

my room was clean and as expected for a city hotel. the staff were very helpful with directions and local information. breakfast had a good selection and fresh bread , both white and brown were available. i found the location ideal with easy access to transport links.

the air conditioning unit could use some improvement.

The breakfast had a good choice of food in the morning. The staff were professional and friendly . The room was modern and nicely fitted out with a comfortable bed.

I found the sink to be cracked in my room. The toilet flush was not great. This delayed my departure from the hotel during check out, since a man had to drill it open.
